Acceptable Stay with Definite Shortcomings
minibar situation unsupervised children
The location proved acceptable, especially for accessing city attractions.
The minibar situation puzzled me, its presence seemed questionable. the gym was disappointing as young children ran amok there unsupervised.

nice central location
excellent view spacious room good breakfast selection faulty card small room slow shower
my room had excellent views. i could see the bridge and the water it felt spacious. the breakfast included a good selection of food it had many options.
the card would not work at the lift we had to return to the front desk to get a new one. the room looked smaller than pictured in the advertisement it felt dusty everywhere. the water in the shower was very slow it took a long time to finish showering

The location was great, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff were very attentive. They addressed all my needs promptly. I found the gym clean and well-equipped with modern machines.

friendly staff handy location indoor swimming scuffed furniture ill-fitting cups faulty air conditioning
the staff was so friendly and eager to assist us . i found the location fabulous, very handy to shops and restaurants. the hotel also featured a lovely indoor swimming pool and a gym..
i noticed the rooms seem a bit tired now. many of the fixtures and furniture appear scuffed. the coffee cups in the room did not fit in the coffee maker. air conditioning wasn't working optimally.

Adequate Stay, Some Issues
friendly staff convenient location poor lighting noisy air conditioning
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The customer service I received was very good. I also found the location convenient for visiting various attractions. The valet parking was ideal.
I found the lighting in the bathroom not very good. The shaving mirror was falling apart, disappointing. I also noticed the doors of the shower and bathroom banged into each other. The air conditioning was very noisy.
